A Self-Drive Expedition

22nd May to 01th Jun 2024
10day and 11 Night

Majestic wildlife, rich culture, iconic landscapes and wonders of Africa are yours to explore.

Get ready to hit the road for one of the most scenic drives the world has to offer – The Garden Route Drive in South Africa.  This amazing South African adventure combines the beautiful city of Cape Town with the nearby Cape Winelands and Botlierskop Game reserve.

Head out on a drive around the Peninsula and its many attractions: take the cable car to the top of Table Mountain, go shopping at the V&A Waterfront, relax on Camps Bay beach or enjoy a trip out to Robben Island, or Cape Point via the penguin colony at Boulders Beach.

Franschhoek is your next stop: a foodie haven amid spectacular vineyards. This charming village is the ideal place for shopping, dining, wine tasting and just recharging. The views are beautiful and there is plenty to see and do, including hopping on the famous Wine Tram that will shuttle you to some of the best wine estates in the area.

The rest of the trip sees you whisked off to the Game Reserve in the Greater Botlierskop area. Your accommodation— Botlierskop tented Lodge —is among the loveliest in the region and a welcome haven between early morning and late afternoon game drives.
